10/10 was born from a love of natural materials and goes somewhat against design trends in that it remains faithful to the glorification of material and process, leaving mass production behind, producing only 10 pieces at a time.
The brand seeks to create timeless objects, drawing on Mexican brutalist and Mediterranean influences.
By going out into nature to find inspiration, we allow each object to have a certain connection to the earth, permanence, and at the same time a wild and untamed side that becomes part of an interior space.
They are pieces with character, sofisticated but honest; contemporary but timeless.
"Duality"; a blend of natural and timeless materials, mixing linen with marble, brass with cotton thread, charred wood, and volcanic stone.
The design intends to enhance the elemental, the material and its processing, thus creating a connection with tactile sensation, temperature, and weight.
We start from the idea that humankind feels a connection and wonder for nature, and that we need these elements in interior spaces, allowing us to also feel the passage of time. Brass changes tone, wood becomes darker, leather becomes more fluid... elements that endure, mimicking our own maturing process.
